JASE-W, Japanese Alliance for Smart Energy Worldwide, is a coalition of Japanese companies which have a variety of excellent energy related technologies and products and wish to spread them to the world. It was established in 2008 by the full support from the Japanese Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry, METI and strong Japanese Business Federation – well noted as KEIDANREN. Therefore, the Chairman of the KEIDANREN, Mr Hiroaki Nakanishi of Hitachi , assumes the chairman of JASE-W.
The mission of JASE-W is that, as Japan and its business industries, to make significant contribution to the global environment and carbon reduction, by disseminating their various advanced energy efficient technologies and products broadly to the globe.
Since its foundation, JASE-W has been carrying out a lot of activities in many countries with close cooperation with Japanese Ministries and Industries.
